Bruce and the team have been absolutely wonderful to work with!Not only did they reach out minutes after requesting service through their website, they stopped by our house and left a very detailed package containing different shingle types to choose from, I also received the estimate the same day too!The communication provided was out of this world. A day after they came by to check out our roof I received a call letting me know could install next day!From start to finish it was Exaclty 1 week. I am so happy that I went with BP Builders. I needed my roof stripped and redone along with new shutters. From my first talk on the phone with Bret, then meeting him at his office going over all the details, I knew I made the right decision. Bret was very helpful in me picking out my shingles, going over the whole process, and keeping me posted on the job job while it was in progress. The job was done on the day I was promised. Everything came off beautiful and the yard was all cleaned up. I will trust BP Builders for all future projects. You can not beat the quality of the work, the value, and their customer service. Fantastic job on my roof. They came out, gave me a very responsible quote. I signed the contract and they scheduled me right away. After the roof was put on, there were nails left from the dumpster having a small openings so they sent someone the next day to come do a final check on it. I’m very happy with everything about BP Builders and will be recommending them to folks in the future.

They did a great job on our roof and gutters! Kevin was very understanding when we were hesitant to use the loan company they were using at the time. Then very patient while we shopped around for a loan.Once we got things squared away on our end Kevin got us scheduled for the following week!It had been a very windy day so there were some nails and shingles that had been blown around.Brett called a few days after and asked if we were happy. We let him know about nails so he sent someone the following day to sweep the yard again.Over all good experience we would use again

We recently hired BP Builders to replace our roof. I can’t say enough great things about Brett and his crew. They showed up early in the morning and had the roof stripped and replaced by the end of the day. They came back the next day to insure that the work site was clean and free of any left over nails and other debris from the roof replacement. I had pointed out that part of the house siding had been damaged during the roof removal and Brett had it fixed the next day without any questions. If you are looking for a contractor who stands behind his business, returns phone calls and does what he says he will do, then BP Builders is the contractor I would wholeheartedly recommend.

The house went on the market and we decided to do the roof very last minute. Our real estate agent, Judy Halleran, had Brett take a look at it. We called him on a Weds. and his crew was there on Saturday. The crew was very professional and had it done in 6hrs! We also had him put a new ceiling in one of the bedrooms due to water damage. That only took 2 days and it was last minute as well. Brett also worked with us financially, not a lot of contractors do that. He really went out of his way to get it done fast.
