Solor company blew me off after just two years of install. . I talked with Brett. He was very knowledgeable about this situation. He worked with his solor guys to make the install go smoothly. We recently hired BP Builders to replace the roof on our house. Brett was amazing from the start. He came the same day I called to meet my wife and I, and he brought shingle samples to choose from, measured the roof, explained the entire process, and described the products that would be used. Within a day he sent the estimate for our approval.A week later Brett and his team showed up bright and early and began removing the old roof and finished the entire project within 5 hours. Brett inspected all aspects of the roof installation to make sure it was perfect! The entire team pitched in to cleanup and left no nails or debris behind. Used BP builders after getting a few different quotes for roof replacements. BP builders quoted a very fair price and the work was done in a professional manner. Brett was great to work with and is honest. Asked about some potential work on chimney and received the honest answer that it was not required. It’s hard to find people who take pride in their work and go above and beyond. Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and skylights. In the process they also managed to fix a gutter problem that had gone unsolved for years. His crew arrived on-time and aside from a short lunch break, worked non-stop to get the project done in a single day. Our two-year-old daughter wanted to see the people on the roof and got so excited whenever one of them waved or smiled back to her. I was impressed by how efficient and coordinated everyone worked together; they are clearly a team with a lot of years of experience.Earlier in the process, as we were picking the roof color, Brett warned us that our selection wasn’t exactly a white or light gray but actually has a hint of green that really didn’t show up well in the small samples. He sent us pictures of larger samples and suggested looking at a roof with that color installed. As soon as the materials arrived at our house, he came over, opened a pack, and laid a bunch on the ground so we could see what we were getting up close. We were very impressed with Brett’s attention to such subtle details and genuine concern for our happiness with our selection.We’ve learned from friends that skylights and roofs are best replaced together (both are expected to last about the same time). The original skylights were very old, poorly installed, and leaked a little bit during rain with high winds. Brett and his crew cleaned up the openings and installed the new ones. They came up with some creative interior finish work to make them beautiful. The day after they finished, we had very heavy rain with high winds which was a perfect test of the new installation. I’m happy to report we had no leaks. Even better the gutter that never worked correctly, finally did!

My handyman called Bret on my behalf. Bret called me within a day and immediately scheduled a visit. One thing about Bret is that he "gets it done". He's high energy and moves the process along like lighting! He does not mess around with inspecting, quoting and scheduling. We toured the attic and looked at the water damage. I had a quote the next day and we scheduled installation within 5 days. His crew showed up on time and knocked it out in one day. He documents the work with his drone and ensures a spotless clean up. No no nails or roof pieces left behind. My roof is large, has an addition with multiple angles with a high pitch and is now a beautiful with Atlantic Blue shingles.

BP Builders, LLC was the first bid on our roof, provided the most thorough proposal, and was the best value. His crew was highly courteous, respectful, and dedicated to the project. They completely scraped a 6000sq ft roof and completed a new roof in two day's time. Mr. Pawlak kept us abreast of all details throughout the job, sending pictures, providing status updates, notifications of milestones for the job, and even fixed deficiencies that were beyond the scope of the contract. At the end of each day, the grounds around the house were meticulously cleaned by the crew and the final day's cleaning left no visible trace of their presence on our property. Mr. Pawlak and his crew paid attention to detail and focused on providing us one of the best customer experiences we've had with a general contractor.
